I changed address and lost all my hard earnt awards under salmon artist 78

Is there any way I can retrieve my hard earnt awards under the players name of Salmon artist 78 ,I played every single day of Microsoft Selection,

Please try to let me carry on as Salmon artist 78 with my awards .

Did you change the email address associated with your Microsoft account? Or did you make a whole new email and try signing in with that? You will have to use the email that your Xbox Live is connected with to keep that gamer tag and all of your content
and achievements.

I am having the same problem. I sees all of them as "Unknown Artist", even though they are foldered under the artist than album. Most are mp3s.

ive had this several times and is quite annoying as im now missing out on valuable XP that i have managed to achieve but not earnt, ive already lost out on 10000 XP through completing one challenge award in the game so not at all happy about the ban and
out of frustration left Halo 4 and went and played some Reach as im playing the game normally, yet im banned from earning the XP

is annoying, they need to be far more sensible

If it's avatar awards earnt from playng games then just play the game again & they should unlock.Sometimes you only need to put the game in & start it.
