    I cant´t pay xbox live gold.. HEEELP!!!!


    Hello i am from mexico city and i am using you service so far,(xbox live gold) so in my last buys appeared in 22/01/2018 the suscription of the month but in my xbox appears that the service is not pay. So I tried to pay it with two different credit cards,
    the page says that the payment was succesfull but i still haven´t xbox live gold and the page still apears "pay now". i need help to fix this problem or can you give another solution i will be pleased. Can I use the xbox life gold card by the moment?

    Game pass not working

    I bought Xbox gold to try it out and the day after I bought game pass ultimate. That evening I played games via game pass but now (2 days later) I cant start any of the games from game pass. It just says "log in with the account wich has gold, game pass
    or ea access bla bla bla".

    HEEELP super frustrated!!!!!

    I live in Poland, i pay for GOLD and xbox live is supported here. I cant download Mafia 2 but i had no problems with any other free gold games like Hitman Absolution or Gears of War Judgment :(
