I can't view my enforcement history.

I get 3 emails at once. I know why instantly, cuz yesterday I had taken so screenshots of a characters butt from a game to make a joke to my boyfriend. But unfortunately, I can't really view my enforcement history. I click the email link and it takes me to the site, but every time i click "sign in", the site reloads and I'm not signed in, nor am I prompted to sign in. I've used multiple browsers on multiple devices. I've deleted cache and cookies. Every time i click "sign in", the same thing happens. The site reloads and I can't sign in.

I can sign in to other places of microsoft, but not this. I don't know how to resolve my situation when I'm not even allowed to view my history. I'm not getting a error prompts, error codes, or literally any advice on what to do in this situation. I'm in the dark. I don't know what is happening with my account and I'm unable to dispute anything. Chat isn't available to help me, as all the Support does is tell me to go to the enforcement site to view my history, which I can't do cuz it won't let me sign in.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having a hard time with the Enforcement website, I understand how frustrating might be.

Have you already tried signing in at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/ , choosing the option to stay signed in, and then going back to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US ? by doing that, you should already be signed in when you load into Xbox's enforcement website.

Please let me know if this works for you.

Hello, I have received the same error that OrangeSand has gotten. After attempting the same actions as them and attempting your method that you have recommended to try I have had no luck getting past it. I ask this as I have recently gotten a account ban for no reason from Xbox and would like to see what the reason and length is for regarding that ban.

I await a solution if there is one for this. Do have a good day

There if you have enforcement actions on your account you will see a hand shake icon box to review that information

However, if the enforcement action is too old, you won't be able to see the information about that particular enforcement action

If it's over 10 years old.it wouldn't be be there

The enforcement site was only a recent addition back in 2016

Do you mean half a decade (5 years) ago? Half a century is 50 years, so this would’ve been before Xbox even started back in 2001.

Either way, as explained above, it’s unfortunately not possible to review account enforcement history from this length of time and there’s nothing you can do now. It would’ve been for something against the Code of Conduct, which also includes the Microsoft Services Agreement, but there’s no way to find out the specific reason. Keep in mind that these rules have been updated over the years.

If you happen to receive a ban/suspension in the near future, remember that it would only be eligible for a case review/appeal if it’s more than 24 hours in length and from less than a year ago.
