I can't verify my account

I'm sorry to hear you're not able to verify your account due to you don't have access to the security email and phone number linked to it.

When we're not able to verify our identity, the recommended action is trying to recover the account by filling the Microsoft recovery form:

As a reminder, the recovery form works only with accounts were two steps verification is not enabled.

To verify, a child account can't change their birthday, but an adult account CAN change their birthday if they so wish. I CAN change the birthday that's associated with my account, I CAN'T change the birthday associated with my daughter's child account.

Can't sign into my account asking me to verify but I can't know if I was getting my phone number in my email is different than what I have now

Solution:

• Delete your profile from your Xbox 360 Console (Profile only, NOT profile and all items)
  
• Re-download your profile

• Check if your account information is correct and filled out completely, this includes your security info. You can do this
