I can't use xbox live and even the mobile app doesn't work

hello i have a big probleme last night i was playing until my xbox live stopped working, i was still connected but everything else was not available,the store,the online games,even looking someone else profil, so i looked at mine and it said "unknown" were
it should have said "online/offline" and its not my internet connection. I didn't received a message saying i was banned so it might no be that i hope and lastly when i want to look at my blocks of content it says that

"we are not able to obtain your blocks of content for the time

We are sorry. The probleme should be solved quikly" so i would really be gratefull to know what is going on and have it being fix't

Did you add the chat bot on Windows Live Messenger? Don't use any mobile windows live messenger app or skype, skype doesn't work at all and the mobile apps don't either. If you have added the bot on messenger or requested, if it doesn't respond in the next

Windows 8 games

Hi,

I bought Hydro Thunder Hurricane on Windows 8 but can't use it because the sign in process (xbox live) the doesn't work. The loading icon is spinning indefinitely, no error. My Xbox account work, I can sign in successfully on the xbox app.

might have been a temporary problem, have you tried re downloading your profile?

 

retried after following the plans didn't work so i don't even have my account

 

I might have found out the reason since all offre the phones as well as all of m'y Xbox have the same probleme it might be from my internet box could also be a virus we are currently checking that possibility

Unfortunatly we couldn't solve the probleme i hope it will be fixed we also are apparently not the only ones since both Microsoft as well as our operators have been unjoinable the entire day i don't if other country are also touched
but it is in France and only for Orange
