I can't use Xbox family settings what should I do for multiplayer to be unblocked in Minecraft

Kindly go to this link and sign into your account https://account.xbox.com/en-us/settings and check if your Privacy Settings are set to Allow and Everyone.

Here are the settings that you need to set as Allow and Everyone:

> You can see and upload community creations

> You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

> Others can communicate by voice, text, or invites

> You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

> You can create and join clubs

> You can join multiplayer games

Once done, please click Submit.

Please note that only an adult account or a Family Organizer can toggle the Privacy Settings. If you cannot see your Privacy Settings, kindly ask your Family Organizer to toggle them for you.

Let's use minecraft as an example

Trying to select multiplayer brings up the message Multiplayer is disabled. Please check your Microsoft account settings

The issue is I can't, it leads me to a redirect saying that if you're seeing this it's because you're not allowed within your family

I've never been in a microsoft family

So when I try to check if I'm in a family, i use the same email and password and everything

But sign into a different account

It's still me, but not associated with the xbox account

What do I do

This is really annoying

Please, let us review if all these options are enabled:

Using the Xbox Family Settings app on your mobile device, enable Multiplayer for Minecraft.

In the Xbox Family Settings app:

Go to Settings > In Enable Minecraft > Select Allow this game.

Turn on Multiplayer to let a member play online with others

Enable Clubs so that a member can create and join Minecraft Realms servers.

1. Make sure that your child's account has the appropriate permissions to play multiplayer games. You can check this by going to the Xbox family app and selecting your child's account. Then, select "Content restrictions" and make sure that "Allow" is selected for "Join multiplayer games."



2. Check the Minecraft game settings to make sure that multiplayer is enabled. To do this, open Minecraft and go to "Options" > "Multiplayer Settings." Make sure that "Multiplayer" is set to "On."



3. If the above steps don't work, try resetting the Xbox family app settings. To do this, go to "Settings" > "Apps" > "Xbox Family Settings" > "Advanced options" > "Reset."

Thank you so much for your swift response. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. I've Set all the settings to "Friends" except for Video calling. I have restarted the device and still Minecraft says "Due to the setting in your Microsoft account you cannot play Realms..." (translated from German).
I do not see any setting on that page or in any of the adjacent named "Multiplayer". On the help page (https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us...ealms-Multiplayer-Access-for-a-Child-Account) it says:

"If a member of your family group wants to play multiplayer features in Minecraft, such as Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Realms, an organizer can adjust these settings by using the Xbox Family Settings app."

This app is available on Playstore, but not for my Samsung tablet.
