I can't use my xbox app and open the games from xbox app on my pc.

Hi everyone, suddenly my games which i downloaded from xbox app stoped to open. It gives blue turning circle processing symbol next to my mouse symbol when i trying to open from the icon of the game and also it's not starting from the xbox app too. When i tried to found solution from the internet, i wrote the code of deleting the game services on powershell and my app xbox app goes totaly broken. I mean my library is not loaded in the main xbox app page and it includes lots of weird stuff too. When i tried to download any game from xbox app with this conditions it says you need to download the game service first but after i downloaded it for several times nothing changed on the xbox app. Lastly, i connected to xbox live support and a kind person tried to help me. She made me do several steps and after that steps i restarted my computer and app problem was gone but when i tried to download a game it was showing 0 m/b downloading speed so i closed and re-opened the app and xbox app starts to give the same problem again. My xbox supporter directed me to microsoft support and i ended up here. Thanks for reading.

Nothing to worry, I just resolved the same issue recently with another gamer.

The gamer decided to reformat his C: Drive where the Windows was installed then downloaded the Xbox app, afterwards the Xbox app works perfectly.

This could be due to the Xbox app file itself being corrupted on the computer.

Kindly make sure to back up your files before proceeding with the reformat.

The download and the synchronization upon launching the games could be due to an internet fluctuation during the installation or download that caused the file to be corrupted.

Kindly try to connect your Windows PC device to a wired internet connection.

Then try to launch or download the games from Xbox app to see if it works.
