    I can’t use my purchased Star Wars mashup


    Hey, yesterday I decided to buy Minecraft, I also decided to purchase the Star Wars mash up (I hadn’t opened the game yet) Once I did open the game it told me to make an account so I made one. After about an hour of playing I decided to check out my mash up but it said I had to buy even though I did. I checked my transaction history and it shows I bought it. Please help I don’t want it to be a waste of 8 dollars.

    Hello, I checked recent purchases and it said I have none. I purchased the mash up on my PlayStation 4. I also remember I purchased it while minecraft was downloading, which is before I made an account. Does this mean I can’t use the mash up?

    We recommend signing out of Minecraft and back in and seeing if the reauthentication helps. Additionally, are you playing through the launcher? If you are, we recommend uninstalling/reinstalling the launcher and seeing if you are able to complete your download after that. Updating your computer and performing a computer restart may also help.

    If you continue to have issues with downloading in-game content, we recommend that you contact Mojang Support for further assistance.
