i can´t use my netflix application

Discus and support i can´t use my netflix application in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i already deleted de app and installed it again, turn on my console, log in and out but it keeps telling me that i need to be xbox live connected to...     i already deleted de app and installed it again, turn on my console, log in and out but it keeps telling me that i need to be xbox live connected to run the app but i can't press A on the "log in button" i can only presa A to get out of the app

    Netflix application not available to install Xbox One

    I have recently purchased an Xbox One and am attempting to install the Netflix application.

    When i go to apps and either use search or scroll through the list of applications netflix isn't shown as an application available to download/install.

    I have successfully installed and enabled the NowTv App (proving i'm looking in the right place and am connected to the internet)

    The netflix app isn't shown in my list of applications

    Isn't in the list of application to install

    A message saying ' We did not find anything' is shown when I search.

    Netflix endlessly loading on a new Xbox

    There was a thread about a fellow who received a new Xbox 360 Slim to replace his original Xbox 360, transferred his content over to the new device, but was unable to use Netflix as it would show the red screen and endlessly load.

    While his problem was resolved, it was a needlessly complex solution. I had the same problem and fixed it without deleting Netflix, without disconnecting my profile, and without removing my device from the Netflix account. I didn't even have to log back
    in, it was all there.

    I transferred from an old Xbox 360 Pro to Xbox 360 Slim and when I first loaded up Netflix I got an endless circle/loading

    To fix this I:

    1. Went into storage device on which the Netflix application is stored
    2. Selected the Netflix application to expand it's associated files
    3. Deleted the two files named "Netflix" with the subtitle "Saved Game"

      Note: You do not have to delete the Playready License Store (~3 MB), the actual application (~75MB), or the Netflix Title Update (~21MB)

    Once I returned to the dash and ran Netflix, it loaded quickly and brought me to the main selection screen, account details intact.

    You can get the applications directly from the xbox store, an application should appear on the xbox that says applications and there you can find netflix, youtube, etc.

    Hi carlos,

    Just to clarify, are you using an application like Vudu, Netflix, Movies & TV, or similar streaming applications? If a video is being streamed from an unsupported website on the Microsoft Edge application it can be expected to lag, stutter, and stop.

    Netflix won't work after streaming.

    Hi Daedric,

    The only reason this occurs is because the mixer application isnt closed 100% after watching, this is to prevent people from streaming out their netflix on mixer/twitch as this would be against T's and C's.

    When closing mixer on the xbox, make sure to exit/quit the application 100% even in the dashboard.
