But in the free trial of my files explorer its the same than onedrive i can see the file but cant delete file.

You can try with "My Files Explorer", as there is a free trial : https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/p/my-files-explorer/9msrp54s8d43?activetab=pivotverviewtab

I don't know if it will be as good as File Explorer, but you can try it!

Unfortunately once your free trial expired that does mean you will have to pay for it to continue using it. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully this helped you.

Update: I've tried uninstalling it and now it won't give me the option of the free trial, I have to pay for it to get it back

Please try to install the free trial of "My Files Explorer" on your Xbox One so you can delete the files you don't want anymore.
