    I cant use my Balance?


    I have an account balance, but I can't use it. I put $100 on my xbox profile, I can see the money in my wallet on xbox, but all purchases go directly to my credit card, and not my account balance. Why?

    you need to know if you are in the correct region, as the dollar balance needs to be used in your region, if you change the region, the save is reset, and can only be used again in purchases in the USA, in the case of the American dollar. And some games do not accept the balance payment method, for example games that are not manufactured by Microsoft for example.
