I can't use my account due to authenticator HELP

Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's see what we can do about that here. Just to set your expectation, due to our account safety and security, only us the account owners have the ability to recover our accounts and verify their ownership. Even a Microsoft Support cannot recover our accounts on our behalf because they're protected by the security information we have setup on our accounts which we only have access to.

Did you only set an authenticator app for your two-step verification? It's recommended to have at least three information in case the other one is lost, you could still use the others.

Have you already tried to follow the procedure in verifying your account? Click "I don't have any of these" when you're asked to and follow the procedure. I also suggest to use a device you frequently used with your account in trying to get it recovered.

I have attempted to use the account recovery forum but as I have two factor authentication turned on, the form is automatically denied. I also cannot turn of 2FA because I can't access the account. As far as I am aware, I have run out of options for recovering my account. Even after changing my password multiple times, I still can't verify my account due to the error. I appreciate the attempt, but I can't see a way of recovering this account.

I think that I already get it.

You configured Microsoft authenticator in the past, but you reinstalled the app / you have a new phone / you factory reset the phone used for authenticator.

Now every time you want to sign in with your account the system ask you to touch XX number in your authenticator app, but you don't receive the notification and you're not able to sign in due to this.

If I'm right. Please share an screenshot of how your authenticator app looks (don't forget to hide any personal info)

Also, when you try to sign in with your account, are you not able to see something like "I can't use my authenticator app right now"?

But I can't access Cross-Save for Destiny 2 because I can't Authenticate the account because I CAN'T Authenticate it.

I usually try to login with my Xbox account only when connecting, the App does not have an option to put the proxy credentials to authenticate on my network. And so the App claims that I do not have a connection to the internet due to the absence of such
authentication.
