i can't use multiplayer (minecraft windows 10)

Do you get any error messages when trying to play multiplayer mode?

Did you click ''submit'' after changing your account privacy settings?

Also, try relogging from the Xbox app.

It says

"You cannot play <on Realms> or <online multiplayer> because of how your microsoft account is set up. Please ensure your online safety settings allow Multiplayer and Clubs. See instructions for changing these settings at aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp"

I have clicked the submit button, and aka.ms/MCMultiplayerHelp does not work.

Got it.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Login with your account again in both apps

5. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps try again.

Looked through some of the help articles - man the information is confusing.

Anyways from what I'm inferring from the posts is that you can play Windows 10 to Windows 10, and Pocket Edition to Windows 10 and that's it right now.

It's a shortterm used for minecraft. I got the full version. As I stated before even though I enabled the multiplayer function the xbox privacy settings put on allowed on the other stuff it still doesnt enable the multiplayer feature for me. The device I use is a pc with windows 10.
