    I can't use multiplayer features and it doesn't let me change that


    I can't multiplayer because of how my account is set up but when I try to change the settings on the xbox.com website as the game notification says, it just re-routes me to the 'Family and online safety' page which doesn't help one bit.

    I just want to multiplayer in Descenders but I can't.

    Can you send us a photo of the error message you are seeing?

    Are you having issues with multiple accounts on that console or just the one?

    Does your billing info match your physical location? That can sometimes cause some of those types of purchase errors. You can check at account.microsoft.com.
