I cant use minecraft servers or Realms, its say that i need parental consent but i didnt...

With regards to your issue, what you did will sometimes work and yes it is another solution on cases like this. Normally if the system detects that there is a problem on how your account was setup, for example it detected that the date of birth is setup as a child then that would be the time where this error will appear.

Aside from the steps you have tried, another thing to try is to have an Organizer account manage your main account to remove restrictions. Just in case you still cannot access the Privacy & Online safety of Xbox.

1. You will need an alternate account that will serve as a parent. If you don't have one you can create at https://signup.live.com page.

2. Using the parent account sign in via https://account.microsoft.com/family page and add your Xbox email address or account as a Member/Child.

3. Accept the invitation using your Xbox account email.

4. Using the parent account, go to the https://account.microsoft.com/family page again to manage the child account.

5. Under the child account, click elipsis or 3 dots button and choose the Manage option.

There you may change the date of birth of your main account and remove any restrictions. Once done, just restart your console and check if there are still restrictions. After this, you may then try to access the Privacy settings again.

There is a Minecraft article that tackles the topic about managing parental consent, settings, and realms/multiplayer access. Navigate to the parental controls section and make sure you completed the steps under "Account set up to enable...access realms" which is about halfway down the page. The page also includes screenshots of the settings.

I was wondering if that prompt will show if you have allowed your child to send a request. Have you tried selecting the request approval button? Then, checked your email regarding the request?

Minecraft itself can be played in an offline mode, and you won't need a subscription unless you want to use Realms, connect to servers, or play via cross-platform.
