I can’t use Minecraft edu because it says “error 2002”

First I updated my iPad and it says “error 2002” I try uninstalling and installing but it doesn’t work please fix Microsoft (Minecraft edu community )

Hi, may I know if your iPad is up-to-date?
Please check that via settings > general > software update.

If everything looks correct, please make sure you enabled all the permissions for Minecraft education edition.

Also, try to clear all the data for safari via Settings > safari > clear browser and history data.
Finally and if you're able to do it, try to use a different Wi-Fi connection.

No I don’t have issue with other devices and I don’t use a personal account I use my lkdsb account if you know how to fix this it would be my pleasure but maybe because I use mods i some how violated terms of use

May I know if you're trying to use an institutional account or a personal account?
Also, may I know if you're able to install the game on a different platform or device and check if the issue persist there?

There's a couple of Minecraft EDU ideas similar to this, teaching children the basics of certain things.

So for this concept to be used in schools, could definitely help.
