    I can't use Ea Play


    After using my xbox gamepass subscription for a month, I couldn't renew it and bought the gamepass again 13 days later. but i noticed that my ea play subscription is not visible on ea desktop and i asked ea's advisor and he said that there might be a problem with microsoft and my gamepass subscription information did not reach them. I can't use it for a long time. How do I get my data to reach the ea?

    Here's the problem: I cannot log in to my EA account for some godforsaken reason, I've spoken to tech support, the community, nobody knows. The EA account I can't access has my gamepass subscription linked to it, so ea play is on it, so I cant' use EA play.

    Not all xgu benefits are shared

    Ea play requires you to.sign in and since only the primary would.have a linked account you can't use it as a home share
