I can't upload screenshots to onedrive from my external hdd

thanks, I am using the premium version of onedrive I have 50gb of free storage space, when I try to upload a screenshot it does not show any error, but it does not show the normal message "the capture has been uploaded successfully". I have tried a hard reset, and still the problem persists

Hello again, as it is not sending any error messages, it could be something on the network, you have your console connected via Wi-Fi or network cable, ideally it would be via network cable.

As a last resort, if the captures are on your external HD, try connecting it to your PC and uploading it to your Onedrive.

Hello again, when you say you did a hard reset, you reset your console keeping game and Apps, if you did not this yet, try to follow the procedures below.

Xbox One reset keeping Games:

Press the Xbox button to open the panel.
Select system > Settings > System > Console Information
Select Reset console.
Restore and maintain my games and apps.
Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

Well, that wouldn't make sense because I don't have problems uploading clips, the problem only affects screenshots, I guess I won't have any choice but to connect the HDD to my PC
