I can't upgrade GOLD to ULTIMATE

Discus and support I can't upgrade GOLD to ULTIMATE in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; Hello All! Today, 01-12-2021 i got 3 cards from my girlfriend for XBOX Live GOLD (12 months, 36 months total) And i would like to upgrade to ULTIMATE...     I can't upgrade GOLD to ULTIMATE


    Hello All!

    Today, 01-12-2021 i got 3 cards from my girlfriend for XBOX Live GOLD (12 months, 36 months total)

    And i would like to upgrade to ULTIMATE gamepass. But everytime i try to upgrade, after hitting continue when the site prompts "Do you want to upgrade your gold (max 36 months) to ultimate" i get an error message and it tells me to seek help at support.xbox.com.

    But i cant seem to get a hold of someone in the chat cause no chats are never available. Maybe some of you know what to do?

    Game pass ultimate

    Since you upgraded to Ultimate, your gold was cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate as well. Cancelling Ultimate also cancels your gold.

    Well no as you forfeited the when you canceled

    The gamepass ultimate upgraded your gold to ultimate which wouldve been 13 months of ultimate

    Not 1monthn of ultimate you were told this when you upgraded

    As with any subscription it stacks unlike psn it gets exchanged 1/1

    And since you canceled a prepaid gold.ultimate membership there is no refunds

    Prepaid cards can't be refunded and the gold was canceled and upgraded to 13monthd of ultimate when you upgraded

    When you bought the upgrade it would've told you the new renewal date

    This was also.mentioned when you canceled

    Hi there,

    since you already had Ultimate before then if you decide to upgrade to Ultimate and you currently have 12m Gold, then the 12m Gold will be converted (via a specific ratio) to Ultimate, I think it's 12m Gold convert into 4m of Ultimate, more details can be

    I upgraded my life gold to ultimate then i cancelled upgrade but it cancelled live gold too and i lost my year of gold supsc.

    Fyi just going to mention that 1/1 upgrade from gold to ultimate no longer exists

    As of the recent price increase the conversion is 3/2 permanently regardless of if gold or ultimate (no need ro upgrade not just add the gold time to ultimate or upgrade to ultimate but 1/1 is no more)

    Now you are doing it wrong

    Thats is he expensive way to do it

    Buy 12 month gold codes for total of 3 years of gold

    Add it to your free account when upgrade ro ultimate for a free upgrade to ultimate for 3 years

    Keep in mind your ultimate can't be active while you enter the gold codes or they won't do 1/1

    It will do 3/2
