I cant update my xbox gamerpic?

So I was just trying to update my xbox gamerpic to a nice pride picture but for some reason the app on my phone wouldnt update the picture? When i went to check online it said i had a strike/suspension recently that could have been causing it though i havent been striked in months. I was wondering if anyone else is having these problems and if i can get help because the agent line isnt working for me.

Reii, if you try doing the picture change to a default one using the Xbox website, are you able to do it?

I tried that and it didn't work, how do I contact an xbox IT to have this problem fixed?

That's what I was going to suggest.

Maybe you have a hidden restriction on your account, it worth ask a Microsoft agent to escalate/investigate further on this matter for you and see if they can manually change the picture for you in the meantime

Before proceed with that, try disabling all your privacy and online features for your account:

Then sign out from your account on the Xbox mobile app. Wait about 5 minutes, enable everything

yeah, they can use their own device for their account, I've also tried using different images and formats for the one image id like to use, but none of it is working. Is there a possible way I could just send the image to an IT to have it uploaded onto my account or no?

I was double checking if maybe was an outage with the gamer pic system, but actually I was able to set a custom one via iOS Xbox mobile app

Do you know if your friend is able to change their profile picture to a different one on his account?

Another option, is try using a completely different picture or use another picture format like .png .jpg or .jpeg
