    I can’t update my 360 E


    I’m having trouble trying to update my 360 e to the latest version, I’ve tried to update with a disc, I’ve tried to update with a flash drive and nothing works. I was wondering if someone knew a fix for this issue because I can’t find information online about this topic. If you’re wondering it wants to update to version 17559 but it won’t accept the disk or the flash drive.

    The console works fine it’s just that I don’t have access to the online features. When I try to update the console I get status code 4476-4497-1380-267F-C000-0185

    What I got from that was that it wants to be updated to version 17559 but when I put a disk in, it said extracting, then update in progress, until it went to a screen showing the same code. It also did the same as a flash drive

    Hello Hayden, thanks for the additional information.

    May I know if you have an internal hard drive on the console?

    If that's correct, please try performing the update one more time, but in this case without the hard drive connected.

    Additionally, if you have other USB accessories, disconnect everything except the flash drive.
