    i found my minecraft disc for xbox but it was a old version so i tried to update it and it didnt work so i searched it up and people said you have to sign into the minecraft website and i tried that but i didnt get a new version so i still need help to update it

    there is no message error it is just that xbox insider hub keeps updating in a cycle so i cant exit out of the beta program on minecraft

    What console do you have?
    This disc that you have, is the new bedrock edition or the original Minecraft Xbox one edition?
    What happens exactly when you try to update the game?
    An error appears? If yes, which one?
    Is this happening only when you try to update Minecraft or if you try updating a different game something similar happens?

    And, what did you tried so far to fix this
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Hi Super Crisco. It was an update for the game not the xbox live? no other problems or error messages. Yes this is the only game . My son did the update for Minecraft today and now they cant play it together

    Yes, I auto-update windows. Just checked and it's up to date, Checked the xbox companion app, checked the xbox app, everything is up to date on the PC. I don't see what that has to do with the Xbox always being behind on Minecraft updates. Like right now my Minecraft on windows PC is at at 1.19.30, and the Xbox is at 1.19.22, I check the app on the Xbox and it says there are no updates available. I delete it and go to the store to redownload it, and I still cant get the 1.19.30 and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME there is an update. Xbox always takes a week or more before it will show there's an update.
