Discus and support I can’t unmute my friends in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Idk why but every time I try to unmute my friend it won’t unmute him I’ve tried everything’s I can find online and nothing will help.     for some reason I can’t unmute some of my friends nothings wrong just won’t let me press unmute

    Glitch! Have one friend that keeps defaulting to mute

    I have one friend that I can’t unmute. Tried blocking/unblocking and that doesn’t work and the mute/unmute is not working so I can’t unmute in chat or in game chat. Please help!
