    I have a friend that shows as unmuted in the Xbox app and in game. I cannot unmute him. What is the fix for this? He can hear me fine and can mute/unmute me.

    Did you try to mute and unmute your friend or undo and re-friend? Also try mutating and unmuting it in the Xbox Companion app.
