I cant uninstall a game

Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Please try resetting Xbox app at Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Xbox Live > Advanced Options > Repair and Reset. Restart PC, then uninstall the game. If it persists, delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try again.

I cant uninstall the game in 1809 and still cant uninstall it in latest 1903. I uninstall two Xbox apps . It gets better but
still cant slove the problems.

I uninstalled the game and cant see an option to install it again.
