i cant type on my xbox

so 3 days ago i could type just fine on my xbox but then it stopped working right and so when i try to type it just adds spaces and i cant type anything and my controller is up to date could i have some help?

Maybe the software that loads the keyboard must have been damaged, you have to test it on different screens to see if it is something wrong in all screens. Another option is to install the Xbox app and connect your console to it and use it as a virtual
remote keyboard. The last case would be through a soft reset of the console.

I suggest trying to do a Power Cycle on your son's Xbox. Hopefully, this helps.

Ok basically i cant download it on someones xbox i cant on mine what i do is i go to log in download profile type in my adress email and then my password it downloads like 15-20% and then stops with the error message "xbox cant download profiles right now"
