    i cant type in my WiFi passwod


    my sons xbox has kicked us off wifi. when trying to reconnect, i can see the wifi and click on it but then when i need to enter the password no key board comes up. i have tried different controllers. no password means no xbox useage. very frustraiting

    I suggest trying to do a Power Cycle on your son's Xbox. Hopefully, this helps.

    i have the same problem but I use a Kinect mic, in party chat the speaking indicator goes off when I talk but my friends cant hear me, my nat type is open and my wifi connection is fine, can I have some suggestions on what to do

    have you tried calling microsoft and explaining your situation ? I lost my passwod and I just gave microsoft a call and gave them a few personal details and they helped me reset my password .... im sure if you just calmed down and contacted them they will
    be able to help you out :)

    You need know your email then request an new passwod will be sent to your secundary email if you have registred it before in your account... You just need know somes info's.
