I can't talk with my friends on a party. NAT is strict.

For about a year I've been playing Overwatch and everything has been fine. No connectivity issues, I'm always playing with friends and things were okay. Just until last week, I could not hear or talk to my friends. The Xbox was saying that my network settings
blocked party chat. So I go to network settings and I see my NAT is strict. I already know that it blocks those who don't have a strict NAT, but I don't know what to do. I tried referring to the Xbox Support Guide, but I didn't understand what to do. It has
been like this for three weeks and I already tried resetting the Xbox over and over again. I use a modem and a router. Does anyone know how to fix my issue?

Xbox Party and Messaging Problems

Recently my xbox has been having problems with connecting with friends in the party chat or just hosting a game in general. I see that my NAT is considered strict, but when I changed it, it was still considered strict. And now, I can't even send messages
to my friends with an error coming up saying that it just couldn't send the message. I would really like help on this, cause its become the point that I don't even touch my 360 anymore because I can't even play with my friends unless someone else (friend
of a friend) hosts the game or party. The funny thing is that it happens on both ends to multiple friends. How can I solve this?
