I cant submit a ticket to forza horizon.

İt says that i have to login to submit a ticket but, when i try to login it says in a Black small page with ugly looking text: "there was a problem singing in you xbox account. This account may not have an associated Xbox account. You may be able to resolve this by signing out and signing in again, or creating an xbox account" But i already have an xbox account with the same mail i am using. I just want to contact forza horizon, and its pretty important.

The age is right too. I live in a non european country which has the 13 as a age restriction. İm not below 13 but i am below 18. Do i have to be 18 to have a adult account? I am also sorry for tiring you. You are really helping me

Thanks for helping. I really appreciate it. But when i click that link it shows me why i cant change my privacy settings. İt says that i am a member of a family. But the thing is, i am not. And i am not under 13. So do you know why that happens?

You should be 19 and above. I would highly recommend asking your parents to add you as a member via https://account.microsoft.com/family so they can manage your account and privacy settings.
