    I don't know what is happening, but when i play final fantasy IX in game pass on pc, the data synchro is on 0% forever and if i close it, the game begins a infinite loading

    I have the same issue. I press play on the Xbox app, and the Xbox app closes and nothing happens. So disappointing.

    On your PC can you go to Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking and check what it says there? If you let us know what it says there, we can find the next best troubleshooting steps.

    It might be worth also trying the "Fix it" button and see if that resolves your issues on that Xbox Networking settings page, too.
