i can’t sing into my microsoft

Does the Microsoft account you are trying to log into have minecraft?

According to your description, are you trying to switch accounts normally? You can try to log into your Microsoft account on Microsoft's website to test if your Microsoft account is abnormal, and then log into minecraft's website with that account to check if your profile can be opened normally, so as to test if there is some problem between your Microsoft account and logging into minecraft.

I can’t reach anybody every time I try it says to sing in and then it comes up with a error code saying it can’t sing me in and it won’t let me contact customer service so I’m at a lost here.

try the following steps,

be aware that you will need to be able to login to your xbox live account on www.xbox.com and do know your Microsoft Account details (email and password).

-

1. Check
account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified, A Phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Delete your profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on. 6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.) you might have to enter the security verification afterwards and all should be fine again.
