I can't sign up for rewards

Hello, I've been trying to sign up for live rewards, but it keeps saying I need a live account. I am a gold member and was signed into live when trying to sign up for rewards. I've bought several things since I first tried to sign up for rewards. So I've
missed out on those reward points. I'd appreciate any help getting signed up. Thank you.

As we mentioned in your previous post (Can't join Xbox rewards) if you recently changed your information it can take
us up to 96 hours to receive these changes. We see that your Microsoft Account is now set to the UK, and you should be able to register successfully.

It doesn't make sense. I have moved my account over to the UK. Could me being part of Microsoft insider be a problem?

We will escalate this to our web and platform teams to investigate why this is occurring. However, there is one piece of information that may help our platform team. Have you had any other gamertag changes besides the one you had around December 12th?

 

The only gamer tag change was the initial one you mentioned. I've been using this gamer tag since the day I activated my gold membership.
