    I can't sign into Xbox 360 games on my Xbox One.


    I used to be able to atleast play offline without signing into Xbox live, but I tried to clear my xbox 360 accounts and it just made it so I can't sign in to play offline. Whenever I try to download a profile it just says "Can't connect to Xbox Live. Select Test Connection or troubleshoot your connection. For more info go to www.xbox.com/support" I'm able to play Xbox One games perfectly fine and this only started a few days ago.

    According to Xbox Live Support:
    "You can be signed in to one Xbox One console and one Xbox 360 console at the same time. However, there are some apps that you can't use on different consoles at the same time."

    My question is: What if I play a Backwards Compatible 360 game on the Xbox One, will it log me off the Xbox 360?

    You can be signed in on the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One simultaneously, you just can't be signed into the same generation of console at the same time (an Xbox 360 with another Xbox 360 or an Xbox One with another Xbox One).
