I can't sign into my Xbox

If you're repeatedly prompted to enter your password when you try to sign in to your Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S console, try the following solutions.

1. Restart the console:

Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of the controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.
Please try to log in again.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, try the next solution.

2. Remove the account from the console and add it again:

Step 1: Delete your account
Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account.
Select Delete Accounts.
Select your account and confirm the operation.
Step 2: Restart the console
Press and hold the Xbox button  in the center of the controller to open the Power Center.
Select Restart console.
Select Restart.
Step 3: Add your account back to the console
Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Add new.
Enter the email address and password for your Microsoft account.
Complete the personalization settings on the following screens.

3. Reset to factory settings:

If you still can't log in, you'll need to reset your console to its factory default settings. To do this, consult:

I can't seem to get this to work. I sign in on the xbox, sign in on the app and it can't find my xbox

Glad to hear it. For future reference, every time you make a change to your gamertag (email, password, etc) you need to redownload it via the BC menu
