i cant sign into my xbox live account only on the game snowrunner

i have played snow runner in the past. i just installed it again on my pc using game pass but when i got to click lets play with my account it says We Can’t Sign You In Right Now. Try Again Later. But any other game works fine and the xbox ap on my pc works fine with my account. this is the only game out of the 46 games i have downloaded that isnt working. and yes i tested each and every one to make sure. No error code appears like usual just the text.
