I can't sign into my Xbox live account on my Xbox 360

Im not able to sign into my one Xbox live account on my Xbox 360 when I try to. it says: sorry there's a problem with the credentials that your using to sign in. Go to https://account.live.com to fix the problem. this account has all of my purchased games on it and yet when I sign into my other account it works just fine

I can't sign in to Xbox live on 360.

I can sign in on my Xbox One, but if I choose 360 games on my Xbox one it says the same. But Xbox One games works fine?

I have xbox live on my account on xbox 1 but when I put the 360 version of black ops 2 in, it let's me play with my profile but not online. It tells me the profile I'm using can't use xbox live on this console

Just sign in with your account at a xbox 360 (any 360 console) from that moment on you will not have issues

Did you try creating an app password?

This can be done by going to the security section of your Microsoft account, https://account.microsoft.com/security > Advanced security options.

Scroll down, and you should be able to see the “app password” option, then click “create a new app password”.

In case the option is not available, please enable two-step verification for your Microsoft account.
