I can’t sign into my new microsoft account on my xbox series s console.

I’ve recently been suspended for a year on my main account. 4 of the 5 suspensions was from someone else on my account and the last one was from me. I have attempted to sign in on a new account but everytime I try putting in the new email it immediately takes me to the sign in on another device page which only allows me to sign into the account that’s suspended for a year. I feel wronged as i’ve done nothing to deserve a year ban and not even be able to make a new account to converse and meet new people. Tell me how to fix this

Thank you for your post. When you sign into your Xbox Series X with your account, you will have access to all games compatible with the new console that you've purchased in the past.

Xbox One S, not series S. And I just tried and it says it connected on my phone but “can’t connect to the internet”,on my xbox

I'm sorry but to avoid any confusion, your brother is using the Microsoft account where the active Xbox live gold subscription was purchased, is that correct?

Does your brother's account also set as home Xbox on your Xbox series S console?

To confirm this, sign in to your brother's account on Xbox series S console press the Xbox menu button > Go to Settings > Personalization > My home Xbox.

May I know which option is showing next, is it "Remove this as home Xbox" or "Make this my home Xbox" ?
