I can’t sign into my Microsoft account on ps4

I am trying to sign into my Microsoft account on ps4, but all it says when I follow the instructions to sign in it says, “Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft account.” I think the problem is that I deleted the email that was connected to that Microsoft account. The problem is that I don’t know how to solve that problem of not being able to sign in.

I can sign in into my microsoft account on my PS4, but i can’t see my world or my friend’s realm. Very strange.

Sadly, I tried to email them, but they’re only opened on weekdays.

If you have forgotten your login details for the account, you would need to use the account recovery form to gain access to your Microsoft Account. You can do this here: Recover your account (live.com)

If you do manage to get back onto your account, you will need to click onto this link to view apps and services connected to your Microsoft Account: Apps and Services you've given access to (live.com)
