    It won't let me sign in for xbox360smartglass

    It says "can't sign in to Xbox services please try again"

    I can't sign in.

    I can't sign in to my Xbox Live account because I don't know the email or the password, and the software on my Xbox has been reset, so I can't just choose my account. I know the gamertag and the debit card on the account if that helps me in any way.
