Use the Windows search engine and type "PowerShell", Then run it as administrator.

On the Administrator Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLLHN

In the Windows search bar type "Services".

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services: XblAuth Manager, XblGameSave, XboxGipSvc, Xbox Live Game Save, Xbox Live Networking Service, Microsoft Store Install Service, GamingServices, Game Bar, Xbox TCUI and any service with "Xbox" in its name.

Right-click on the service (you must do this for each of them) and select Properties

In the Startup Type section of the "General" tab, make sure it is set to Automatic . If it is not already started, click Start.

Then click Apply and OK to save the changes.

Restart the device and try again.

The change in account is from a Minecraft account to your Microsoft Account. I would first request you log into account.microsoft.com and make sure there are no notices or messages there that require further information to establish your Microsoft Account,
as well as checking your email for any emails to verify your account or linking of Minecraft > Microsoft Account.

I'd also recommend that you check if you can log into the Xbox App on Windows 10. That will handle a lot of connection and sign-in handshakes for the services, and Minecraft for Windows 10 app does require signing into Xbox Live.

If those steps don't work, I'd ask if you could please try going to All Settings > Apps > Minecraft and then selecting "Advanced Options". From that page, scroll down a bit and click "Reset". That will do some work on the app, and should get it back to
working.

Minecraft Launcher still does not authenticate. Couldn't sign into xbox live error code 0x89235107.

Turns out I was able to download and install Minecraft Windows Edition through the xbox app (xbox app now has me signed in). However, attempting to sign in to microsoft through Minecraft for Windows produces error code 0x8007000e after trying to authenticate through a menu item that finally prompted me for authentication.

Nope. Nothing wrong with that. Everything's working exactly the way it should.

No updates available for the Xbox app, I did however need to update my Nvidia Driver however this didnt help anything. I updated from windows 10 home to windows 11 in hope that itd work after the update but alas, it didnt. Also no new updates via windows either.

I'll add however, I can access both the Game Bar and Console Companion but I cant access the Xbox app.Right clicking the xbox app when it pops up on the task bar and selecting an option will get me into the app, but once i'm in the app, I cant sign in.

To switch Xbox account on Windows 11, try the following steps:

Close the Xbox app.

Go to Windows Settings.

Click on Accounts.

Select Email & accounts.

Click on the Microsoft account associated with the Xbox app.

Click on Manage.

Click on Remove.

Re-add the Microsoft account you want to use.

Launch the Xbox app and sign in with the new account.

If the above steps don't work, you can also try clearing the Xbox app's cache by following these steps:

Close the Xbox app.

Go to Windows Settings.

Click on Apps.

Find the Xbox app and click on it.

Click on Advanced options.

Click on Reset.

Launch the Xbox app and sign in with the new account.
