I can't sign in to xbox live. I've restarted and everything is connected

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues signing in.

Would you mind power cycling your console and your home's network hardware? like this:

• Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
• Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes.
• Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
• Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

If that doesn't work, I'd like to ask you a few questions:

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

- Do you get any error codes/messages when this happens?

- Besides the TV/monitor, do you have any external devices plugged into your console?

- Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

I think I'm running into the same problem. I've tested the connection and everything comes up green. Then when I go to sign in to Live it tells me I can't connect and to test the connection. I've unplugged and reset everything under the sun, tried switching
from wireless to wired connection and cleared the memory cache...still nothing....

Hallo, i've been struggling to get my xbox live connected for the last 4 weeks everything is connected but when i sign in it still says connect to xbox live. I have signed in and out a couple of times and restarted everything including my router, the fault
is not with router as i have pc and ipad connected to it and it is working fine, when i test my connection the message i get is "your network is good, but there are some xbox service issues" and then "sorry there is a problem on our side" (4 weeks i got this
problem now and the one or 2 time i get connected i can't start or join a party" can someone assist please i am paying for a service that i do not have at the moment and it is very frustrating. My NAT type is open and all services are available.

I'm also getting this error message. "Check Your Connection: To Start (game title,) we need to connect to Xbox Live. Make sure your Xbox is online, then sign in and try again. (0x87de2714)

I've tried restarting my Xbox, signing out and back in. I also tried to login on another Xbox (everything worked fine) then back into my Xbox and I'm getting the same error on my Xbox.

I was on HULU, when my Xbox froze. Xbox will not sign back into LIVE. I did a test connection and it says everything is OK, I'm currently on my internet on my laptop so I know it works. I've restarted the xbox several times and reset my internet and it hasn't
done anything. I came to check out if this was a server problem but according to microsoft everything is fine and dandy?

MY Xbox is also stuck on SIGNING IN, thats all it does.
