I can’t sign in to my Xbox after resetting the console twice

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues signing in to your console.

Would you mind power cycling your console and your home's network hardware? like this:

• Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
• Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.
• Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
• Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

If that doesn't work, could you skip the sign-in process, go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

I have power cycled my xbox twice and it fixes it but after awhile it returns to its corrupted state i will try a console reset.

didnt work.

the "getting your xbox 360 info" bar never moves.

i have factory reset my console twice now.

sign in (0 profiles)

Auto sign in is not turned on for me on either console. After I set up the one as my home console, I signed out of that console. I signed in to the other console otherwise my other son can’t use the game pass.

I did sign in to the correct account, along with the Xbox and the launcher. Also, I can’t find any purchase in my order history and i was unable to get a refund.
