I cant sign in to my xbox account. whenever I try to sign I get redirected to this page...

However, in your isolated case, we’d like to know more about it in details so that we can provide a more accurate resolution for you. To start, please provide us information/answer on the following questions:

• What platform are you playing (Xbox Console, PC or phone), ss of issue.
  
• What troubleshooting steps have you done?
  
• If you are on a PC, may I ask for Xbox app and Gaming services version?
  
  • Xbox app > select Profile picture > Settings > About.
    

As provided on the link the reason why you are seeing this page is because of the 2 reasons below

• You’re using a child account that’s a member of an Xbox family group
  
• You’re using an adult account that’s set as a member of an Xbox family group
  

Here is what you can do

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

1. Select Family, and then select More options under your account.
   
2. Select Leave family group, read the information that appears on-screen, and then select Remove.

In the US if your account is under 18 it is considered as a child account, and it must be tied to a parent account. And the parent account can change the privacy settings of the child account

Whenever I try to login to my Epic Games account normally on the Epic Games website, the website redirects me (whenever I press sign in) to a page that forces me to make a new account. I have tried contacting Epic, but to do that, I need to log in, and for some reason, I cannot log in because whenever I try to login, the website redirects me to a page that forces me to create a new Epic Games account. I haven't found any solution to this problem yet, so hopefully posting it on here will give me some answers.(NOTE: I do not use an Xbox, I am just having trouble with this issue on the Epic Games website)

Okay so I can load the xbox play page in my browser when I'm signed out, just not when I'm signed into my account?

it shows the page for a moment then redirects to https://www.xbox.com/en-GB/play/login/redirect/?redirectUrl=/en-GB/play?xr=shellnav and shows a blank white page

Whenever I try to go to xbox.com and click the sign in button i cant click it and when i can it refreshes the page and i cant click it again and when i could actually sign in it just refreshed and i couldnt click it again does anyone know why this
is happening?

try refreshing computer and or site close all pages but the one .
