I cant sign in to minecraft pe

I have sign in to minecraft with my microsoft account,usually after signed in it will show welcome back screen but it doesn't i have waited for so long but it won't show up.

and what is the error codes you get when trying to sign in?

Also do you have the Xbox app installed on your device?
