I can't sign in to Minecraft on my phone, it says log in failed Error number 9. Please help

I am a mum who has started using minecraft so that my autistic son can play with someone. I downloaded the game to my phone, I signed in using my microsoft account, this worked once only. Now it says log in failed and has the following messages:

Hi do you know what I do? I can log in using a different device so I dont understand. Very new to all this so idiots language would be appreciated lol. I have contacted Mojang and they are not very helpful and keep coming back to me with answers that
are irrelevant.

It's probably a server problem. Error code -9, not 9.

Maybe try reinstalling the game. Once you buy it it's free. This re-installation should wipe all of your sign in data (it keeps your worlds). Once reinstalled, open it and log back in.
