I can't sign in onto my Xbox 360 account?

I understand how frustrating it must be that you are unable to sign in on your Xbox 360. A common solution to this error changing your account's subscription settings.

If you have a subscription to Game Pass, follow these steps:

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services

If auto-renew is enabled for Game Pass, select manage on your subscription then select 'Turn off auto-renew' and follow the on-screen instructions.

If it's disabled, simply select 'Turn on auto-renew' then follow the on-screen instructions.

Once you've done this, try signing in on your Xbox 360 again. If it works, you can go to your subscription settings again and change it back to how it was before.

FYI, I just can't access the account signed onto my Xbox just on a computer, because the person doesn't use it anymore, and I have no Idea what the account info was.

I'm trying to sign in to my account, the one I have on here on my 360, trying to download my profile onto there
