Discus and support I cant sign in on the xbox website in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I press log in, and it does the whole process but when it loads im not logged in, which I need to be so I can get my old fortnite account back...     Does it give you any sort of error message?

    What browser are you using?

    Have you tried different browsers?

    Same problem. I just paid to get age of empires 2 definitive edition and the game works but will not let me play multiplayer and my searches suggest I need to change privacy settings but I am unable to change privacy settings because it does not let me

    Unable to accept new terms of use.

    Same problem. Sooooo freaking stupid. You cant promote your account to adulthood without signing into xbox live. And you cant sign into xbox live without accepting the new terms. And you cant accept the new Terms without the stupid parent account. I cant
    even do anything through this website.
