I can’t sign in into my account on Xbox one s

after i made an update for xbox system i couldn’t sign to my account again and everything is okay with my account but in Xbox its keep gave me a message that its temporary issue you can’t sign in ( 0x80a40010 ) please help !

i made a microsoft account but it switched me to outlook and i don’t have an outlook account

i bought my buddy a xbox one s, but i was with him when he made the account and then it switched him from his gmail account to outlook and he doesn’t have an account with outlook and he can’t sign into his xbox live account

Ни одно из решений не работает, проверено. Проблема в доступе к Live в Украине, Иране и других странах. НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ УДАЛЯЙТЕ АККАУНТ - ничем не поможет, но потеряется возможность играть оффлайн. На данный момент два варианта работают - либо отключить
консоль от интернета и играть оффлайн либо настроить доступ через VPN.

Theese solutions don't work. DO NOT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT - it doesn't helps and you lose offline gaming. For now only two working solutions - disconect console from internet and play offline or configure VPN access.

 

I would suggest a power cycle. Perform one by pressing the power button for 10 seconds until the console turns off and then unplug the cord for 10 seconds as well. After that plug it back in.

 

Unfortunate all these tips doesn’t works for me , do you have another suggestions !!
