I cant set my home xbox to my profile and I need help

Let's check if the additional switch is available for you.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select System > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

If you see the option "HELP" please click that and if you see a choice of "Need one more?" you may get an additional one by answering a quick survey.

If you’re indeed telling the truth you’ve only done it once (lots of people aren’t so forgive skepticism) you still need to call customer service. Please keep in mind there likely won’t be additional switches, should they decide to grant one, after that, so make sure to keep it where it belongs for the next 12 months. If you’ve left your account on friend’s systems, it’s advisable to delete it, or make sure they have to enter the password.

Okay sorry if I’m still not getting it. I don’t know why I can’t comprehend it. Lol

But to clarify:

My profile (game pass buyer) on my console (series S) needs to be set as home Xbox.

My mom’s profile on her console (Xbox one) needs to be set as home Xbox. My profile on that console does not.

Thanks for the update. If all the games are on your wife profile, which sounds like they are. As you are needing to sign in on her profile. Her profile needs to be set as home. However, you cant have two consoles set as home.
