I can't seem to pre-order Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition

Discus and support I can't seem to pre-order Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I tried purchasing the Ultimate Edition but it keeps saying this "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out." i...     I can't seem to pre-order Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition


    I tried purchasing the Ultimate Edition but it keeps saying this "We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out."

    i also try purchasing the Standard Edition which oddly went thru smoothly

    but the Ultimate Edition doesn't go thru.

    Please help i have been going through a lot of trial and errors already in fixing this

    and i'm also sure that i still have funds for the price of the Ultimate Edition

    Congrats on your pre order, I'm sure you'll love the game. Forza Horizon 4 releases on Sept. 28 but the

    ultimate edition does say in the description     that you can play 4 days early with that purchase. So you can look forward to your wish being granted and play on Sept. 24. :)

    Hi, you should find the two cars inside your messages in the menù. The cars should be in the "gift" tab and you need to directly download them from the message

    Even if the Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition is showing out of stock if you were already able to place your pre-order there should be no problem when the game releases. When the game is installed even if you have the Ultimate Edition it may still show the
    picture of the Standard Edition because the Ultimate Edition includes the Standard Edition plus additional content.
